Campus Pastors
The campus pastors are composed of clergy (lay and ordained) who are willing to provide pastoral care for the PSR community. This ministry is not just for students. Members of the pastoral care team are also extending their invitation to staff and faculty.

Jim Mitulski (SEPTEMBER to MAY only)
Location: Worship Office in Holbrook (next to Bade Museum)
Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays by appointment.
Rev. Jim Mitulski has been a pastor for 27 years, has served churches in New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and currently the past of New Spirit Community Church (www.newspiritchurch.org) which meets on campus at the PSR chapel, and which is affiliated with the United Church of Christ, the Disciples of Christ and the Metropolitan Community Churches. His education includes a BA from Columbia University, an M.Div. from PSR, an honorary doctorate in sacred theology from Starr King School for the Ministry, and a Merrill Fellow at the Harvard Divinity School. He really loves being a minister and is happy to listen to students, staff or faculty.

Ann Jefferson (SEPTEMBER to MAY only)
Location: Holbrook 212
Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays by appointment
Rev. Ann Jefferson has served on the staff of PSR for 11 years. She currently works as Program Coordinator in Community and Continuing Education and as Co-Director of Worship. She was raised as a Midwestern Baptist, but is proudly serves as Pastor of Worship & Liturgy at City of Refuge UCC in San Francisco. A California resident for 31 years now, and a church musician for … well, longer than that, Ann also applies her love of worshipping through music as an interim supply musician at various churches throughout the Bay Area. She also specializes in the study and teaching of African-American sacred music traditions and has taught several intersession classes on the subject through the Center for Arts and Religion in Education (C.A.R.E.)

Donnel Miller-Mutia is a PSR Alum (2002). He worked as a chaplain in SF, as youth minister and community organizer in Marin county, and as an athletic coach. Apart from his work as Assistant Dean of Students and Community Life, he attends All Soul's Episcopal Church with his family, he is married to a dancing Episcopal priest, and is raising two amazing girls.
