PSR Annual Fund
From the early beginnings of PSR in 1866, PSR has offered an innovative theological experience. From admitting women as early as 1872 to becoming a non-denominational seminary in 1916 to emphasize the importance of the world's religions to Christianity, PSR has established itself as an institution committed to bold and lasting change.
It is this tradition that we strive to continue at PSR today. Today, PSR has established leading centers for innovative theological thinking (including the Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion and Ministry and the Center for Spirituality & Social Transformation), fosters a commitment to social justice, and attracts a diverse student body from around the United States and abroad.
Scarce funds and skyrocketing student debt are two challenges faced in theological education. The financial support of alumni, families, and friends helps to offset these challenges and ensure that a PSR education continues its distinctive and innovative tradition. Gifts to the Annual Fund at any level of giving offset current operating costs and go to student scholarships, faculty enrichment, campus enhancement and preservation, all of which are critical to drawing together an engaged, inquisitive and diverse community of faith.
Thank you for supporting PSR's Tradition of Boldness through the Annual Fund.
