The Certificate of Special Studies (CSS) is designed to enable international students earning degrees in their home countries to spend one year of study at PSR. Students in the CSS program select courses that will enhance or broaden their current program of study abroad.

To complete the CSS, you must be in residence at PSR for a minimum of two regular semesters, earn at least 9 semester credits of work each semester (total 18), and maintain a grade point average of 2.0 (C). You may fulfill the minimum of 18 credits in areas of study of your choice.
