Additionally, she has managed grants similar to the grant management responsibilities at PSR, focusing on compliance, reporting, and the strategic use of funds. Brittany has also led projects such as building new facilities and integrating acquisitions, which required creative financial strategies and strong stakeholder engagement.
Having managed multiple departments—including finance, HR, and facilities—Brittany understands the importance of fostering collaboration between these functions to support an institution’s mission. She will bring expertise in aligning financial strategy with PSR’s mission to prepare spiritually rooted leaders with the vision, resilience, and skill to create a world where all can thrive. Brittany holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Engineering from California State University, East Bay.
